Plants

Rules:

Yes there are rules, 3 things you must agree with before entering this section, though no one is going to stop you.

  1. Your alocasia that has corms is not pregnant. Unless it physically gives birth, it is not, never has been, and never will be.
  2. Nothing thrives on neglect. Would you?
  3. You will not water anything with ice. It's ridiculous and marketing chicanery, ok?

Basically my journal about plants. They're a way for me to relax and focus. I've grown houseplants for more years than I care to mention, and have grown aquatic plants for almost 6 years. I have some fairly adversarial conditions for this, living in a house that gets to 14-16% ambient humidity in the winter, and having well water so alkaline and hard you might stub your toe on it (16dgh/300kh). If you have similar conditions, you might enjoy the following pages, maybe find a tip or two, or maybe you're just bored and want to look at plants.
