This is a video I made for youtube 2 years ago, these were my tanks at the time. The propogation methods still apply, but I've realized that I did not include info on which plants need high tech
conditions and which do not. That will be explained below. I also know more about the Laganandra Meboldii now.

I had two of these plants, one died. When I bought them I thought they were rooted-type plants like anubias or swords. As the one that has survived has grown, I'm starting to think they are epiphytic. You can see in the photo below that the rhizome has started to lift itself up out of the gravel, and epiphytic plants do not like to have their rhizomes buried, which might be why the other one died. I probably could've looked this up. Regardless, the image below attempts to demonstrate how to propogate this plant. Locate the nodes (anywhere leaf petioles emerge from the stem) and cut in between them. More info will be in the Aquatic Plants are Easy
